Who we are

This website is operated by Mediapandacarouselmd Living Ltd, Company No. 15482736, registered office 41 Kingsland Road, London E2 8AA, United Kingdom. We are the controller of personal data described here. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

We do not run accounts, newsletters or analytics on this site. The contact message builder works entirely in your browser; nothing you type is sent to us unless you choose to email it. If you email us, we receive your email address, name and the contents of your message.

Why and on what basis

We use emails only to reply to you, on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering correspondence. We do not sell, rent or share your information for marketing.

Retention

We keep correspondence for up to 24 months, then delete it unless an ongoing conversation requires longer.

Hosting and logs

Our hosting provider may record standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability. These are kept for a short period and not used to identify visitors.

Browser storage

We store a small preference in your browser's local storage when you set it. Details are on our cookies page.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, object to processing and request restriction. Contact us at the email above. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

We will update this page if our practices change and revise the date above.
